On appeal, Cannon raises three issues:(1) Was the evidence used against him obtained by an improper execution of a misdemeanor bench warrant in violation of IC 1971, 35-1-19-6; 2(2) Was an additional arrest warrant required to arrest him for Possession of a Narcotic Drug;(3) Was the evidence sufficient to prove his possession of the narcotic drugs.
