PIVARNIK, Justice.

Appellant Howard Willard was charged in Marion County Criminal Court No. 4 with eight counts, as follows: conspiracy to commit a felony, to-wit: first degree burglary, Ind.Code § 35-1-111-1 (Burns 1975); two counts of first degree burglary, § 35-13-4-4; two counts of commission of a felony while armed, § 85-12-1-1; first degree murder, § 85-18-4-1; conspiracy to commit a felony, to-wit: first degree arson, § 85-1-11-1; and first degree arson, § 85-16-1-1. He was tried to a jury and found guilty on all eight counts. The trial court sentenced appellant to two to fourteen years…
