1 plaintiffs, Henry and Gloria Provosty (“Plaintiffs”), appeal a March 13, 2012 judgment of the trial court, which granted defendant, Icehouse Capital Management, LLC (“Icehouse”), a new trial, reduced an emotional and mental anguish award in favor of Plaintiffs from the amount of $300,000.00 to $10,000.00 per plaintiff, denied Plaintiffs’ motion for new trial on the issue of attorney’s fees, and denied the parties sanctions.
