This suit resulted from the death of Dennis Anderson, a three-year-old boy who was hit by a New Orleans Public Service (NOPSI) truck. Dennis's mother, Kim Anderson, filed a wrongful death action against NOPSI and its employee, Gerald Joseph, the driver of the truck.
