On January 19, 1983, the National Labor Relations Board (the “NLRB” or the “Board”) affirmed an Administrative Law Judge’s dismissal of a complaint against Sun Electric Corporation (“Sun”). Petitioner, International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace & Agricultural Implement Workers of America, and its Local No. 1712 (the “Union") claims that the NLRB's decision is not supported by substantial evidence.
