FITZPATRICK, District Judge.

Pending before the court are Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction, Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Join an Indispensable Party, and Defendants’ alternative Motion to Transfer this action to the Eastern District of Louisiana pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a). The court heard oral argument on these motions on October 30, 1987. The decision of the court is to transfer this action to the Eastern District of Louisiana, and therefore, the court finds it unnecessary to address the merits of Defendants’ motions to dismiss.
