Halterman v. Hansard

Cynthia Hansard brought an action in the court of common pleas of this county against Fred J. Halterman, The Smith Brewing Company and another, to recover damages for injuries which she claims were received by reason of the negligence of the defendants below. The action was dismissed by the court below against all *269the defendants except Fred J. Halterman, and judgment was recovered against him.
