Early-Foster Company, a corporation, sued W. F. Klump, doing business under the firm name of W. F. Klump & Co., to recover an alleged balance of about $1,200, claimed to be due for the price of 2,000 bales of cotton linters sold by appellant to appellee, under contracts dated December 1 and December 7, 1916.
