The plaintiff in this action seeks a judgment restraining the defendant from interfering with plaintiff’s use of space in the basement of an apartment building at 621 Lefferts Avenue, Brooklyn, New York, owned by the defendant, and for incidental damages.
Plaintiff is engaged in the business of installing, maintaining and servicing automatic coin-metered washing machines.
