This case, originally filed as a six-paragraph petition requesting damages for breach of contract and vexatious refusal to pay on an insurance policy, returns a fourth time for this court’s consideration. It raises an issue concerning the abuse or misuse of summary judgment motions that we have twice recently addressed. See, Midwest Crane & Rigging, Inc. v.
