INTRODUCTION
THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendant PTT, LLC's ("High 5") Motion to Dismiss. Dkt. # 34. The underlying dispute is a class action to recover money lost playing electronic gambling games available through mobile apps. High 5 argues that the Complaint should be dismissed for lack of personal jurisdiction and failure to state a claim.
