This is an appeal from an order of the Corporation Commission authorizing the location and construction of a railroad-highway grade crossing at the intersection of U. S. Highway No. 64 and the Missouri Pacific Railroad tracks at a point approximately 3,100 feet east of the main street of the town of Gore, in Sequoyah county.
