SULLIVAN, Judge:

On December 10 and 11, 1986, appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members at Fort Stewart, Georgia. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of two specifications of committing indecent acts, as well as one specification each of assault with intent to commit sodomy and nonconsensual sodomy, in violation of Articles 134 and 125, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 934 and 925, respectively.
