— This is an action in replevin for the recovery of an automobile, title and right of possession to which is claimed by plaintiff. The automobile, a 1948 Nash sedan, was found in the possession of corporate defendant, George Gorson, Inc. *420As to defendant, Harold E. Martin, the sheriff made a return of “Not Found”. Plaintiff filed an affidavit of value in which the value of the automobile was fixed at $1,110 and filed a bond in the sum of $2,220, whereupon the sheriff delivered possession of the automobile to plaintiff, M.
