Isaac Pasol Levitas perfected an appeal from a judgment entered on May 31, 1996 in a matter styled In re Estate of Jose Pasol Dilasky, Cameron County Court at Law No.2, cause number 25,143-B. The appellee is Ed Mann, who served as the administrator of the estate. Mann has filed a motion requesting that we dismiss the instant appeal because appellant has not filed a brief after appellant’s initial brief was stricken.
