This is a securities fraud class action brought on behalf of all persons who purchased the common stock of Tseng Labs, Inc. (“TLI”) during the period of October 29,1992 through May 21, 1993 (the “Class Period”). In their Consolidated Amended Complaint, Plaintiffs allege that TLI and certain of its officers and directors artificially inflated the price of TLI’s stock by making false and misleading statements during the Class Period in violation of Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”), 15 U.S.C. § 78j(b), and Rule…
