Defendant appeals from a judgment of the Appellate Division affirming a judgment of the Camden County Court which determined that the defendant was the father of the plaintiff’s illegitimate child and ordered him to pay for the child’s support. 80 N. J. Super. 91 (App. Div. 1963). The County Court hearing was a trial de novo by the judge sitting without a jury upon defendant’s appeal from an order of the City of Camden Municipal Court which had adjudged him the father of the child and entered a support order.
