The jury convicted appellant, Alfred Castellon Lopez, of delivery of a controlled substance, to-wit: heroin, and assessed his punishment at confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for a term of 20 years.[1] The jury also imposed a fine of $10,000 against appellant. Appellant raises eight issues on appeal. We affirm.
