TURNAGE, Judge.
Lilly Beers, the administratrix of the estate of her husband Lester Wayne Beers, brought suit for her husband’s wrongful death. The petition pleaded both negligence and strict liability theories of defective design and insufficient warning relating to a certain bumper jack, which was manufactured by Universal Tool & Stamping Company and sold by Western Auto Supply Company. The jury returned a verdict in favor of Western Auto and Universal.
