Appellee brought this action to quash and set aside as illegal and void a writ in the nature of a venditioni exponas, issued upon a redemption of real estate, and for an injunction. Appellants’ demurrer to the amended complaint was overruled. Appellants Lawrence and Matchett filed a cross-complaint against appellee.
