Plaintiffs, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, brought suit against Defendant Deutsche Bank National Trust Company. Plaintiffs allege that Defendant engaged in improper and deceptive practices related to the non-judicial foreclosures of Plaintiffs’ Properties.
