This is a proceeding to review an award of compensation made by the Industrial Accident Commission in favor of Frederick L. Knouse against the Benguet Consolidated Mining Company, his employer.
The respondent commission, after a lengthy hearing, found that Knouse, while employed as a mine superintendent by petitioner in the Philippine Islands, was injured in the course and scope of his employment, on January 25, 1937.
