Carl Lovano and Peter Genova appeal from judgments of conviction entered after a jury trial in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Count One of the indictment on which the convictions of Lovano and Genova were based, charged appellants and three co-defendants, Cornelius W. Cooley, George Sarantos and Anthony Spitalieri, 1 with conspiring to violate the federal counterfeiting provisions, 18 U.S.C. §§ 371, 471, 472, 473 (1964).
