DOWD, Presiding Judge.

The defendant-appellant, Andrew Lee Harris, was found guilty by a jury of robbery in the first degree, § 560.120, RSMo. 1969 and was sentenced by the court to fifteen years imprisonment pursuant to the Second Offender Act, § 556.280, RSMo. 1969. Defendant appeals.

Because one of the points assigned as error alleges that the identification procedure used was fatally flawed, it will be necessary to describe the circumstances of the crime and the later identification confrontation in some detail.
