DOWD, Presiding Judge.

Defendant, Thomas Nauman, was convicted by a jury of stealing from a dwelling house and was sentenced by the court under the Second Offender Act to five years imprisonment.

Defendant files this appeal alleging three grounds of error. Defendant first contends that the trial court should not have allowed Mrs. Aubuchon, the eyewitness to the stealing, to identify the defendant in court.
