SIMEONE, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal by the defendant-appellant, Timothy Rutledge, from a judgment entered by the circuit court of the City of St. Louis, sentencing the appellant to twenty years in the Department of Corrections for the offense of robbery in the first degree by means of a dangerous and deadly weapon. §§ 560.120, 560.135, RSMo 1969, V.A.M.S. For reasons hereinafter stated, we affirm the j'udgment.

Since appellant does not question the sufficiency of the evidence, we will state only those facts necessary for the disposition of the appellant’s points on this appeal.
