This was an appeal from a decree of the court of probate for the district of Windham, passed on the 23d day of June, 1821, approving the last will of John Grinman, deceased. The cause was tried at Brooklyn, September term, 1822, before Bristol, J. John Grinman made his last will and testameat, which was proved, and approved, by the probate court.
