2Per curiam

The primary issue in these appeals is whether appellant Steven Bradley Hodges stipulated to prior convictions that provided the basis for his adjudication as a habitual criminal. We conclude that he did.

FACTS

In April 2002, pursuant to plea negotiations, Hodges agreed to plead guilty to one count of possession of stolen property in district court case CR01-0742 and another count of possession of stolen property in case CR01-0743.
