OPINION
This is an appeal proceeding brought to review a judgment of the district court of Laramie County which affirmed an order of the State Board of Equalization dated September 22, 1942, imposing an assessment of $3,661.91 upon the complaining party. The Walgreen Company, under the provisions of Ch. 102, L. of Wyo. 1937, usually referred to as the "Selective Sales Tax Act of 1937". The Walgreen Company may conveniently be referred to hereinafter as the "appellant" or as the "Company" and the State Board of Equalization as the "respondent" or simply as the "Board".
