This appeal concerns Beaumont Health System’s discharge of Melissa Flones on April 6, 2010. Flones had worked as a nurse anesthetist at Beaumont for more than twenty-six years when, from November 2009 through March 2010, she received three progressively serious plans for performance improvement.
