ORDER'
SIDNEY B. BROOKS, Bankruptcy Judge.
THIS MATTER comes before the Court on a Complaint for Declaratory Judgment filed April 7, 1992 by Plaintiff Fleet Real Estate Funding Corp. (“Creditor”). The Debtors, Charles Eugene Fewell and Sharon Kay Fewell (“Debtors”), filed an Answer to the Complaint on May 20, 1992. On June 19, 1992, the Chapter 13 Trustee filed a Brief generally in opposition to the relief requested and, on July 6, 1992, the Creditor filed a Brief in Support of its Complaint.
