This adversary proceeding is governed by the terms of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005, Pub.L. No. 109-8 (“the Act”), because its underlying Chapter 13 case was commenced after the October 17, 2005 effective date of the Act.
