We granted defendant Travelers Insurance Company’s delayed application for leave to appeal from the trial court’s denial of its motion for partial summary judgment to consider a question relating to the payment of no-fault insurance benefits under MCL 500.3107(b); MSA 24.13107(b).

From the settled record 1 it appears that plaintiff was injured in an automobile accident on October 30, 1974. The injuries received in the accident included a broken leg.
