Plaintiff appeals as of right from a Wayne County Circuit Court order granting defendant’s motion for summary judgment. We affirm.

Plaintiff filed his complaint on January 21, 1983, as personal representative of the estate of his father, Harold Freeman. In that complaint, plaintiff alleged that Harold Freeman was injured August 24, 1979, in an automobile accident. Defendant insurance company was Harold Freeman’s no-fault insurance provider.
