On February 21, 1995, the United States Supreme Court vacated our previous decision in this case (reported at 22 F.3d 802) and remanded for reconsideration in light of Schlup v. Delo, — U.S. -, 115 S.Ct. 851, 130 L.Ed.2d 808 (1995). On reconsideration, we again reverse.
In our previous decision, we reversed the district court’s decision granting Nave’s petition for a writ of habeas corpus based on ineffectiveness of trial counsel and affirmed its decision denying Nave’s request for relief based on additional alleged trial errors. Although the Supreme…
