Glenda Galin brought this suit against the Internal Revenue Service (the “IRS”) and John Doe Defendants 1 through 10, as officers, directors, and agents of the IRS, seeking: a declaratory judgment that she is, at a minimum, a 50% equitable joint owner of property in Southbury, Connecticut (the “Southbury Property”); a permanent injunction enjoining the IRS from auctioning the Southbury Property; and her costs and attorney’s fees resulting from this action.
