This is an appeal by plaintiff from two orders granting the separate motions of defendants for summary judgment in an action brought to recover damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained as the result of an assault and battery. The sole question presented is whether section 5(a) of the Workmen’s Compensation Act (the Act) (Ill. Rev.
