I. Introduction

Plaintiffs Michael and Ashley Leese and Jay and Racquel Winkler allege that years of environmental contamination attributable to Defendant Lockheed Martin Corp. has decreased the value of their residential properties in Moorestown, New Jersey. The question for the Court is whether Plaintiffs’ expert valuation report is admissible evidence of loss of value, and, if so, the remaining portion of Defendant’s pending motion for partial summary judgment will be denied.
