Josiab. Shaw died, December 30th, 1913, a resident of Crawford county, Indiana, possessed of personal property amounting to a little more than $17,000.00, of real estate, located in Crawford county, Indiana, worth about $2,000.00, and of a large tract of land, containing about 1,200 acres, in Meade county, Kentucky, which *400he had acquired in four separate, adjoining tracts.
