This appeal is from two judgments rendered in the Harrison Circuit Court, in the suit of appellee, Jennie Barnes, against the appellants, N. R. Parks, Earl Parks and Alvin Duvall Parks, on the 12th day of June, 1913, and the 15th day of September, 1913, respectively. The action was for the purpose of a judgment declaring that an undivided one-half interest in a house and lot in Cynthiana was held, in trust for her, by her former husband, Alvin Parks, who had the legal title to the entire lot, and to adjudge a sale of the property as not being…
