The appellant, Mutual Service Corporation, obtained a judgment against Burdett M. Hugren for the sum of $63 and costs of suit, on December 28, 1920. Execution issued therein and was returned “No property found and no part satisfied” on the 30th day of December, 1920. On the same day the judgment creditor filed an affidavit for garnishment summons, which issued against James E. Bennett, Frank A. Miller and Frank J. Salbert, doing business as James E.
