delivered the opinion of the court.
This is an attachment suit brought against defendant Montag in which appellant was summoned as garnishee. A judgment was entered against each. That against the garnishee is appealed from.
The garnishee was served December 3, 1923, filed its formal answer. January 11, 1924, and an answer to the interrogatories March 11, 1924, pursuant to rule of court.
