The parties have engaged in extensive briefing of this matter. The Plaintiffs filed this action pursuant to Section 4 of the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 4, seeking to compel arbitration of Defendant Dorothy Crocker’s state law claims and to enjoin the state court action under the Anti-Injunction Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2283.
