This case concerns the division of legal fees earned after the dissolution of a law partnership. Timothy F. Kelly (Plaintiff and Counter-Defendant below) seeks transfer from the Court of Appeals opinion which affirmed the grant of partial summary judgment in favor of J.B. Smith, Robert F.
