In this case the plaintiff seeks damages for the death of her husband, Harry C. Tabler, who was killed in an automobile accident on Highway 66 some fifty miles west of St. Louis. At the time of his death the deceased was riding as a guest of the defendant in defendant's automobile driven by him.
