Appellant was convicted, contrary to his pleas, of larceny of two winches, the property of the United States, and wrongful appropriation of a government vehicle, both in violation of Article 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 921. He was also charged with, but acquitted of, wrongful sale of government property (the winches), a violation of Article 108, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 908.
