Mark A. Woodworth (“Woodworth”) appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Clinton County (“motion court”) denying his Rule 29.15 post-conviction motion, after an evidentiary hearing, in which Wood-worth claims that the motion court deprived Woodworth of due process of law and, additionally, Woodworth claims he received ineffective assistance of trial counsel.
