Introduction

Antonio L. West (“West”) was convicted by a Buchanan County jury of three counts of delivery of a controlled substance, a class B felony, in violation of section 195.211. 1 He was sentenced to serve ten years in prison on each count, with Counts I and II to run consecutively and Count III to run concurrently.
