MEMORANDUM OPINION

BERYL A. HOWELL, District Judge.

The plaintiff, Justin Slaby, brings this lawsuit for disability discrimination under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 791 et seq., stemming from his disqualification as a New Agent Trainee at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”) Academy in Quantico, Virginia. See Complaint (“Compl.”), ECF No. 1.
