Certiorari to Bay; Maxwell, J. George W. Kabat brings certiorari from an order adjudging him guilty of contempt for violation of a preliminary injunction issued in suit by Henry Joseph Richter and others against said George W. Kabat and others.

This is certiorari to review an order adjudging defendant Kabat guilty of contempt for disobedience to a preliminary injunction. The original bill was filed by complainant Richter, bishop of the diocese *576of Grand Rapids of the Roman Catholic Church, Marian Matkowski, who was the priest in charge of St. Stanislaus parish of Bay City, and the other complainants, who are trustees or committeemen of the parish.
